By accessing or using IntensityOS and CompanyOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

  • Integration with third-party business tools
  • Automated job scheduling and monitoring
  • Company configuration and team management

What We Do Not Provide

  • The third-party tools themselves (you need your own accounts)
  • Legal, financial, or professional advice
  • Guaranteed uptime for connected third-party services

Your Responsibilities

Account and Security

  • Maintain the security of your API keys and credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes

Prohibited Uses

  • Using the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of our system
  • Using automated tools to scrape or extract our content
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of our service

Limitation of Liability

IntensityOS provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or suitability of our services for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services you connect through CompanyOS.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
